Supporting extensions

WIth the rise of LLM, there is a need for vector databases, and other extensions to improve SQLite. It would be nice to easily add extensions, at least having popular ones already installed.

Definitely on the list of things to explore. This will be something we look into once we get into or after beta. Will need to design an API and take security considerations into account.
