How should we handle runtime errors?

In my original attempt to write the compiler, I included syntax for expressions of the form:

try {
  ...
} catch (e: ErrorType1) {
  ...
} catch (e: Error2) {
  ...
} finally {
  ...
}

Is this how we want to handle errors?
What about throwing errors?
Would it be better to do something more along the lines of Result<T, E>?
We probably at least want something along the lines of panic from Rust/Go to handle truly exceptional states such as running out of memory?
