This is a confirmed regression in v1.18.10 of the Codespaces VS Code extension. The "Switch User Account" flow is returning the GitHub.com account for both options, effectively breaking GHE account switching. |

As of v1.18.10 of the GitHub Codespaces VS Code extension, when I use "Codespaces: Switch User Account" and select "GitHub Enterprise" from here:

it shows my GitHub.com account instead of my GHE account. It shows the same account if I choose "GitHub.com", which means I'm blocked from switching to my GHE account.
After reverting to v1.18.9 (using "Install Specific Version...", then restarting extensions and reloading the window), it works as expected and I am able to log in to both GitHub.com and GHE accounts.
