Add infobutton to sidenav subtitle

Add info button to sidenav subtitle, requires white/inverted info button cause sidenav has blue background.
Info button is needed to give users extra information about the section.

Currently doing it outside of TEDI is not very straight-forward and requires some funky/deprecated CSS overrides:
