Units in DAQ_Move

I'm new to PyMoDAQ, and I'm writing my first plugin.
I'm puzzled but the behaviour of GUI widgets showing the axis' value because they change the physical units freely.
In my plugin I defined the as: _controller_units = 'rpm', but they are displayed at first as mrad/s.
More over the units change if a make the controller move at higher speeds to rad/s.
Is there a way to force the units to remain how they were initially defined, or to be strictly SI (rad/s)?

Alright:
all custom units that are not what the pint module consider as "base" will be by defualt translated to their base counterpart: hence the 'rpm' becoming 'rad/sec'. Then whenever possible the widget will use si prefix (milli, kilo, micro...) to reduce the size of the printing. In your case, the:
siprefix = true
that should be switched to false

Now, it is possible to keep rpm as displayed units, I just did the PR #624 for this and pymodaq 5.0.12 will display it properly. I will devise a configuration file entry to specify which units should be kept as is. This will be included into release 5.1.0

well what I said about the siprefix will be available only in 5.1.x... if you want to use right now, install pymodaq 5.0.x_dev branch from source
