Seller - "Change Image" feature within carousel images adds a new image

Steps to recreate:

Log into Seller Site
Click on Change Image button under Carousel Slide image
Instead of replacing this image its adding a new image to the Carousel which is incorrect.
As a result in buyer site we are seeing two images for Carousel
