always return results from underlying calls #91
Description
The underlying calls made in ops such as https://github.com/opspec-pkgs/azure.activedirectory.app.create return results but we don't currently return them from the op. This is a bad UX because they then need to call additional ops where they might not otherwise.
at the time they were written we didn't support objects; now we do.
