pkg QA #45
Description
pkg QA:
- applicable scenario tests (E2E) will be maintained as ops
- master branch will be protected by GH code review & travis (build must pass & maintainers must accept before merges can occur to master)
- build op will ensure valid pkg & run scenario tests to protect from regressions
- status page will be stood up for each release of each pkg
- scenario tests will be run as travis cron jobs to act as canaries. Upon failure/success status page will be updated
