ansible: combine OPI and f5 inventory

I added https://github.com/opiproject/lab/blob/main/ansible/f5certs.yml to git

and added f5 to dependencies
https://github.com/opiproject/lab/blob/main/ansible/collections/requirements.yml

now need to consolidate (not in git)

ansible ansible_host=216.218.200.230 ansible_user=root
