webservice 和data-center服务在本地npm run dev运行后，调接口正常，但是webservice服务改成本地npm run start后，调接口提示500报错

后端服务运行后，如果本地运行，npm run dev调接口是成功正常的。但是webservice 服务进行npm run start后调接口，日志提示nodejs.Error: Please set config.keys first。我看了config里面默认也有配置key，这个是什么问题呢，请帮忙看看。

可以看下官方部署文档，npm run start 线上部署时使用
