Sevabot does not launch

I get to launching Sevabot via powershell (86x) - on windows - and get the following:

2015-08-10 20:35:08,456 - Skype4Py.api.windows.SkypeAPI - INFO - thread started

Then just nothing happens. I never get the API request on Skype and the bot does not function. Leave it for a solid hour or so and nothing just happens.

Could use some help if anyone has experienced this before
