Vagrant instructions fail with error: stdin: is not a tty

When installing servabot using the Vagrant method, the provision fails with the above message.

Proposed fix: Append config.ssh.shell = "bash -c 'BASH_ENV=/etc/profile exec bash'" to the bottom of Vagrantfile
