Test and enable pprof collection by default #120

@portante converted the pprof tool written in bash to python to improve the code quality which includes the ability to run it independent of pbench: https://github.com/distributed-system-analysis/pbench/blob/master/agent/tool-scripts/datalog/pprof-datalog. We need to test it to see if it needs any changes for it to work on OCP 4.x as the previous pprof script is tailored for OCP 3.x ( excepts a ocp 3.x inventory used to install the cluster ).
We also need to enable the pprof collection by default for our workloads. @jtaleric has a PR open for it: #114.
