The OSC creation process builds successfully but unable to create qcow2 image

### Description
The OSC creation process runs fine, gets a build success, but towards the end it seems to fail in creating a qcow2 image ( also tried raw and vmdk .. dosent work )

Expected Behavior

Should give the built snapshot image

Actual Behavior

Fails to create the snapshot image

Steps to Reproduce

Follow the "Building OSC Images" guidline (including any suggestions/changes suggested in the issues)

The output for ant ovf -Dimage-format=qcow2-only

Update:
Seems an issue with the centos download/update link. The last section of the output says:
