My application is not visible

I followed your advice on the readme and I tried to deploy my Play 2.2.1 to OpenShift. I can also verify that the source code is pushed to OpenShift git repo, but my app does not show up. If I call the URL of my Webapp, I only see OpenShift page. Screenshot shown below:

Any ideas as to how I could get my Webapp to show up?
