[Bug]: Print eChart notes using date range filter

Description

Trying to print eChart notes with a date filter results in an empty page.

This is a similar issue to #607.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open eChart.
2. Add a note.
3. Click print button below notes.
4. Select "Date Range" and choose a date range that includes the current day.
5. Click "Print".
6. Open downloaded PDF.

Expected Result

The expected behaviour is that the PDF should include the newly created note.

Actual Result

The PDF is blank, aside from the default header.
