Clicking the clear button doesn't work correctly in the Echart - Encounter note - Print icon - Clear

Clicking the clear button does not clear the notes correctly:

Checked and also found the same still. The date doesn't clear when clicking the button, but when double clicking this area, the text will be deleted (not sure if intentional or not).

The clear button also closes the dialog box without clearing at all.
