[Regression]: "Reprint" button in Rx module no longer works

Description

Clicking on "Reprint" used to display a list of past Rx's for the user to reprint,

Current Behavior

Clicking on "Reprint" does nothing now.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Rx module for a patient that had past prescriptions
2. Click on "Reprint"
