[Regression]: Medication list in rx module is sorted in the wrong order

Description

The list of medications used to be sorted by "Entered Date" in descending order.

Current Behavior

It is now sorted in ascending order.

It should be sorted in descending order so that the most recent meds show up first.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for a patient
2. Open their rx module
