[Regression]: Line breaks no longer preserved in rx

Description

The clinic address, pharmacy address, patient address and the individual medications used to contain line breaks.

Current Behavior

The <br> elements are still in the HTML, but they are not being rendered as breaks

Steps to Reproduce

0. Set up a clinic address, create a patient with an address, add a pharmacy with an address
1. Open the rx module for a patient
2. Stage any number of medications
3. Click "Save And Print"
