Description

The old non-datatables implementation of the medications list used to have buttons/links that would allow you to filter the list of medications by status

Current Behavior

There's no way to filter by status anymore

The filtering functionality needs to be restored using datatables.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for a patient
2. Open their Rx module
