Description

Normally, when I have fully labeled and assigned a document to a pt chart & I hit "save & next", the doc disappears from the queue and the number for the queue goes down (i.e. from 7 documents to 6 documents).

However, now when I hit save & next, the doc disappears from the queue but the number isn't going down, and if I click on the queue again all the docs I've labeled are still in there - still labeled, but they haven't left the queue.

If I refresh the page the queue disappears so my progress is still saving, it's just not reflecting in the queues unless I refresh the page.

This was reported by staff at MHI. I was able to reproduce the issue with the queue # not changing, but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue with the docs reappearing when clicking on the queue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Inbox > Pending Docs
2. Click on a queue
3. Set the demographic on the first document, then click save and next

Expected Result

The document disappears from the queue, and the number of documents in the queue name on the left should -1.

Actual Result

The document disappears from the queue but the document count doesn't change until I refresh the page.
