Consider creating binary releases

I think it would be very useful if there were binary releases up at: https://github.com/openmedicus/gtk-sharp/releases , just a simple archive would be more than enough.

PS. Do remember to include glue libraries if you decide to add it.

That looks pretty nice, thanks for updating the python scripts.
One of the things I didn't get around to yet was to try and add to the scripts the process of updating / regenerating the sources for the latest version of gtk (to help when new versions of gtk come out)
