Add DislocationCore and possibly other tests

For now, it is justified not to test the full image, as the software therein is only used for DislocationCore, and that TD is still under development, but once DislocationCore is fixed, it should be added. Some of those calculations are short enough to run on CI.

Right now, there are no Crystal Genome tests being run except EquilibriumCrystalStructure, because they are all too slow. Add some when quicker tests become available (like Vacancy)
