Get Involved Page / Get Started Guide #1707
Description
I'd like to start conversation + a draft of how we can be more prescriptive on our OpenJS website and our readme about how to get involved with our projects / the foundation.
Right now, we are only representing our collab spaces (which is great) but I want to make it easier for someone to come in and know immediately how they can get started working with us.
FINOS has a good get started guide that would be good to reference.
