[issue] download links for Nsight profiler report files missing

Tried 02_pytorch_mnist and 03_data_transfer notebooks, and the link to the profiler report file is missing.

Please check other notebooks too.

Moreover, you might want to update the Nsight systems version inside the container too, as it is 2022.1.1
