[Issue] cannot launch the notebooks properly on the CURIOSITY

When launching the container, it will not show the workspace folder and only shows the DLI contents that come with the base image. One solution would be making below changes:

• rename the workspace folder to labs
• add labs/ labs/ to the %files to the singularity def file.
• When running the container, ensure the --notebook-dir= points to the labs folder.

Moreover, there are typos in the README.md.
