Apple III: The file couldn't be opened

I get the error in the subject when selecting Apple III from the Template Chooser. I see this in the Console:

5/4/15 4:26:43.894 PM [0x0-0x7dc7dc].org.openemulator.OpenEmulator: libemulation: could not construct 'appleIII.video', class 'AppleIIIVideo' is not defined

All other machines run just fine. ROM files are from commit 598e8e5.

Has there been any update on this one? I've been trying to debug it, but it doesn't appear that the error as written is actually the problem. AppleIIIVideo is defined at line 231 of Apple III.xml, and the data its class is referencing appears to exist. So I'm not quite sure why appleIII.video can't be constructed, unless there's actually a syntax bug I missed somewhere in that block of XML.

Has the Apple III template functioned at any time?
