Description

Add a button on the library view drawer to redirect to the admin console team members table view with the library preset on filters.

Depends on: openedx/frontend-app-admin-console#84

Specs

• Starting from a library view for a specific library:
• Replace the "Library Team" text on the current button with "Manage Access" text on the right drawer.
• Clicking the button redirects to the admin console team members table view, presetting the library as filter.
• The team members table displays team members with a role related to that library.
• The filters chips shows the library as filter selected.
