Transition from legacy OpenCOR to the new OpenCOR #279
Description
Legacy OpenCOR is now in maintenance mode. So, we need to reflect that in our GitHub repositories and website. This means:
- Rename the opencor/opencor repository to opencor/legacy.
- Rename the opencor/webapp repository to opencor/opencor.
- Create a new website (using Vue 3, etc.) at opencor/website and have the legacy OpenCOR website under https://opencor.ws/legacy.
