Make sure ODEs can be created when possible

This relates to opencor/opencor#2842

Need to check whether this issue of a DAE being created when it should be possible to generate ODEs still occurs in libOpenCOR.

Finbar to check this once libOpenCOR is brought into Circulatory_Autogen
