[FR] App Tokens without expiration

I want to be able to create app tokens which do not expire. Technically the already existing desktop sync application already uses something like that. But I want to be able to use 3rd party Apps with webDAV support without renewing the app token every now and then.

Sure it is more safe to renew it but this should be optional.
