[BUG/FeatureRequest] [OIDC] Change native ClientID

Describe the bug

When using Zitadel as the OIDC provider, it is impossible to set the client_id. It will be automatically generated. Therefore authentication in native apps, aka. on Android, iOS or the Desktop App is impossible.

This is similar to: #1578 and #1620.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to use any client_id that does not conform to the pre defined expectation

Expected behavior

Make the client_id be changeable akin to the web version.

Actual behavior

Nothing an be changed, thus resulting in an unsuccessful authentication.

Setup

Please describe how you started the server and provide a list of relevant environment variables or configuration files.
