`global.storage.storageClass` is mostly ignored

None of the opencloud chart's opencloud PVCs actually fall back to the documented global.storage.storageClass's storageClass, so you have to define it manually again. In fact, a quick search indicates that only the onlyoffice component actually references this global configuration setting.
