Could you please provide more details about the requirements for this issue? From my understanding, we need to write a pytest test that asserts the successful download of a CSV file, possibly using a dummy CSV file for testing purposes.

Would it be possible to introduce an additional dependency to simulate a streaming response for the CSV download? This could help better mimic the actual download process in a real-world scenario.
