Add new web component for rendering new OpenCGA v2 Analysis

OpenCGA v2 implements an Analysis Framework with some analysis already implemented. We need to implement all these forms.
To maximize efficiency a new general WEB component opencga-analysis must be created to render forms from a configuration.
