[otap-df-pdata] OTAP backed logs view additional field support #1475
Description
In #1467 we created an implementation of the pdata view backed by OTAP records.
There are a few fields that weren't supported in the initial implementation. Documenting them here for posterity:
- ResourceView: schema_url, & dropped_attribute_count
- InstrumentationScopeView: name, version & dropped_attribute_count
- AnyValueView: as_array and at_kvlist
