Referencing files in resource directory not working when using default_model_uri_resolver()

@kyllingstad a quick question, certain FMUs that reference files in resource dir does not seem to work (i.e. cannot locate files) when the uri_resolver returns cosim::default_model_uri_resolver(). I have not investigated much yet, but got any ideas?

Off the top of my head, when we do this, libcosim will unzip the FMUs to temporary directories rather than in a persistent user directory. On Linux, for example an FMU will be extracted into /tmp/<some-random-name> rather than in a known folder under $HOME. Things that might be worth investigating are:

1. Does <some-random-name> somehow become lost or garbled when we pass the resource directory path to the FMU code?
2. Could the directories under /tmp be deleted by a system-level cleanup process? (On my workstation, I've experienced several times that systemd-tmpfiles deletes temporary files that I'm still using, so I've had to add exceptions to the service configuration file.)

I guess still relevant, I have not revisted this issue since, but need to check if the issue still exist before closing.
