Enable the creation of new components/fascades

Create a possibility for “experienced users” to create new components and parameterize them with default values. This would greatly relieve RLI and the work process would be greatly simplified because the components could be parameterized according to the user's ideas.

The parametrization is addressed in #283 and should be discussed there.

There is however also the idea for creating a completely new components with some kind of component editor. This would be rather used by developers and enable an easier way to correct and create new components, dodging the GitHub workflow. I imagine that creating this component builder however as rather work intensive.
