[DOC] React FeatureFlag Declarative component not available

In the public documentation here: https://openfeature.dev/docs/reference/sdks/client/web/react/#featureflag-component it's mentioned that a FeatureFlag component exists. However, seemingly this feature/component hasn't yet been released as of the current latest 1.1.0

To avoid confusion, it should probably be marked as upcoming or alternatively a new version of the package released to
