Stadtbibliothek Dresden presumably changed base url

Hi there.

Using the web opac app for years now I got trapped by a change in the base URL of the wevopac client.

It probably should read

https://katalog.bibo-dresden.de/webOPACClient/start.do

now.

Unfortunately the app is discontinued. Is there a way to create new releases, e.g. creating a PR for the config files.
