Options to use alternative bootstrap/distro instead of Procursus?

Procursus was quite broken, it would be good to have options for users to switch bootstraps instead of Procursus.

Current code structure was hardcoding to use Procursus on bootstrap configurations and /var/jb paths creations.

I agree, but there is no alternative to Procursus currently
