A command to view information on specific RFCs would be nice to implement

For a basic first implementation, we could try using the bibtex pages for source information

Ah yeah, that seems nicer.

Now just need to figure out if there's a way to see if an rfc exists without checking that, maybe some full RFC list somewhere.
