Bookmarks require a space after the token. #19

As was found in #18, Bookmarks aren't highlighted unless they have a space after the token.

This breaks the common convention of '//TODO: ' as the colon is not a space.
This additionally disallows the use of tabs, unless a space is also supplied, i.e. '//Note・\t'
