Block body comments work erratically

Block body comments are only occasionally detected.

Turns out this it two unrelated issues:

1. Block-body comments do not appear in the bookmarks list.
2. All classifications require a space after the name. Tabs are not accepted. (i.e. //Note・ as opposed to //Note\t
