Option for adding numeric types to all sort selectors? #53

In issue #19 the wish was expressed to add all numeric types to the sort options and implemented. Would it be an option to add a setting to control the addition of the sorts? In our case, the numeric types are used in private fields and we don't want them to appear as a sort option on item browse pages. Or have I overlooked this option? If you have any questions, just let me know!
