local flag cannot be removed

In the RUN node with two local, required parameters:

• unset the "local" flag and save the change
• deploy
• open node editor again
• the flag is shown as "set"
• checking the values in the Info Window, we see, that the flag "useContext" is set to "false", which is correct.

Fixed and merged.

Summary:

• Added an editor regression test for this exact case.
• Fixed the component start editor so an explicit contextOption=false is preserved when reopening the node, instead of falling back to usecontext=true in the checkbox state.

Validation:

• Playwright editor spec passes, including the new regression test.
• The change is merged into review-2026-03 and develop.
