Make it possible to export configuration

Training the filters takes a lot of time and work. The data is currently tied to the local Firefox installation. We need some way to allow this to be moved off of the local installation into another profile. Maybe on another computer.

I'm not sure if the best way to do this is to use the firefox account sync, or to export some kind of json file. The firefox sync is capped by size, and we would need to be careful to not overflow it. Exporting a file might require instructions or permissions.

Partial progress on exporting. From the console of the extension debugger at about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox

browser.storage.local.get(null).then(bin => { console.log(JSON.stringify(bin, null, 2)); })

Temporary hack. I need to test if this gets ALL the data. The previous duplicate issue talked about just getting the data from the storage page of the extension debugger, but I noticed this was truncated as lots of questions were stored.

I've given up on finding a way to get a webextension to write a file to disk. I don't have a good plan for how to do this. (Hence the help wanted tag.)

As a workaround:
Open the extension debugger from about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox:
Enter browser.storage.local.get(null).then(bin => { console.log(JSON.stringify(bin, null, 2)); })
and all the data will be printed in a giant object in the console. Manually copy/paste that output into a document. Export is complete. Move document around as desired.
On another installation, install the plugin, and again go to the extension debugger.
Copy the contents of the file.
Enter browser.storage.local.set(PASTE_HERE);
Be careful to get the parentheses and braces correct. The contents of the pasted object should be an object starting/ending in braces, and then you need the closing parentheses to complete the command.
