Remove full stop in hero section heading

Description
The hero section heading in https://deploy-preview-101--landing-ohc.netlify.app/ currently includes full stop.Removing this punctuation will make the headline cleaner and more consistent with modern UI/UX writing practices.

Expected Behaviour
The hero heading should appear without punctuation for a cleaner, more polished look.

Reasons

• Aligns with design tone and branding

• Enhances visual hierarchy and minimal style

@anaghathedesigner Made this PR #106 . Removed full stop and added bold tag ( for connected healthcare ) to make the headline cleaner and more consistent with modern UI/UX writing practices.

And all checks have been passed , kindly consider this PR for merging
