There should be an option to copy these folders from the install media to the Windows drive. This is desirable for cases where Windows as-initially-installed cannot access the install media because of missing drivers, such as when using a USB 2.0 flash drive or optical drive or a chipset that requires IDE drivers such as VIA.
I guess it's already possible to do this from the Busybox console but I didn't have the right Linux knowledge.
